Most of the properties' rent structure INCLUDES all oil and propane deliveries and maintenance of the heating and hot water systems, water and sewer charges, lawn maintenance and landscaping, and parking on site. Some also include trash removal, wireless Internet, snow plowing of the driveway, and on-site parking areas.

Does each tenant want their own bedroom or are they willing to share a bedroom? Are you OK with having a furnished locked bedroom in a private home with both male and female tenants and share the common space (a room in a “place to share” within a private home)?

All properties come furnished as a courtesy at no additional rent. The rent does not change regardless of whether the property is furnished or not. Because of size or decor, some provided furnishings may need to re main.

If so, what kind and how many? Not all properties may allow pets and there is an additional pet security deposit required for those properties where pets are allowed.
